Cheshire Maintenance & Developments Ltd is a construction company based in Stockport, Cheshire, and was born from a family-run business focused on property development.

Since then, we have evolved into a multi-award-winning construction company, providing an established service throughout the UK.

Today, we offer the complete building solution, delivering a high-quality project management and efficient in-house building service to many sectors including; Insurance, Commercial, Industrial and Social Housing.

As approved contractors for numerous insurance networks, we apply a heavy focus on high expectations of the finish of our work and delivering a consistently strong customer service. Our commitment to this, has in turn brought growth to our company over the years.

Our experienced in-house team provides all round support for any construction-related project you may require, consisting of the following trained and skilled personnel:

CMD have the accomplished capacity to deal with anything from a minor repair to a major renovation, refurbishment or new-build. Our knowledge, skills and internal capabilities allows for us to manage a job from point of devastation to full refurbishment in cases where the property may have suffered a flood or fire.
