The works undertaken were to re-build this Cottage back into its original form following fire damage caused by a lightning strike.
We were instructed to demolish and re-build this domestic 4-bedroom property, with the requirement for full building regulation approval and 10-yearNHBC insurance backed structural warranty from a designated warranty scheme provider.
Re-build of the property including specifications, were to be adhered to as per the local authority and to the requirement of full building regulation approval. CMD, as the principal contractor of this project, had full responsibility of the coordination the project between customer, contractors, third parties and client.
