CMD was instructed to deal with all works in association with reinstating this property, from the emergency make safe, to structural reports, and full external and internal reinstatement.

This job was dealt with in a quick and efficient manner due to all emergency works and reinstatements being dealt with by one party and all in house. We managed the customer’s expectations and concerns and turned the project around quickly thanks to close communication with our client.
