CMD were instructed to demolish and fully re-build a 30,000 sq foot industrial unit following extensive damage caused by fire.

Our role was for the following works to be completed; demolition of damaged property, steel frame build, ground works and re-roofing, new concrete floor, construction of new industrial units.

Just wanted to thank all the guys that worked on Upper Intake Farm after the fire, it was a long year but in the end the house looks amazing.

Your team were kind courteous at all time and always happy to help when I needed anything moving. It is now back on the market as before, and I have had some fantastic compliments about the workmanship, which I am sure will help to sell the property in the near future.
