CMD were instructed to complete reinstatement works to this 6-bedroom farmhouse and barn conversion following fire damage.

This property is of a high-end specification, inclusive of oak beams, Yorkshire stone flags, reclaimed terracotta floor tiles and wood burning stoves. This project was managed and completed internally.

Due to the intricacies of the reinstatement work for this project, daily on-site management of works was essential. We worked meticulously between our client and the customer to be sure the properties design and heritage was preserved throughout our works.
